How to Start a Return
If you would like to return an order, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your package at returns@vozexa.de Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide a return reference before you send anything back.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all packaging materials. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and verify your returned order, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Exchange Requests
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention it in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock availability and follow the same conditions as returns.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
